Teresa Palmer has confirmed the birth of her fourth child to husband Mark Webber, and has hailed her bundle of joy a ‘little magic moon’.
The A Discovery Of Witches star welcomed daughter Prairie Moon Palmer on August 17, who was born ‘just as the sun rose’ that morning.
Taking to Instagram, Teresa, 35, shared a set of adorable photos to announce the news, with the first displaying baby Prairie sleeping in a cot, wearing a beautiful set of butterfly wings and a flower crown.
Other shots also show the newborn being embraced by Teresa, Mark and their three other children: Bodhi Rain, seven, Forest Sage, four, and Poet Lake, two.
She captioned the post: ‘Introducing our daughter, Prairie Moon Palmer, who was born just as the sun rose on Tuesday morning, 17th August, surrounded by her siblings who are absolutely enamoured with her.
‘A little magic moon for our family.’

Sharing a picture of her sitting in the pool alongside her kids, she wrote: ‘Getting my homebirth set up ready, of course, the kids think the pool is the most fun toy in all the land.
‘Anyone else have their kids present during birth? Did they get in the pool with you? I have two that want no part of being in the water and another that’s all about jumping in mid-birth.’

The actress also admitted earlier this month she has been breastfeeding for nearly eight years straight, since the birth of her first child.
