Atomic Kitten’s Jenny Frost updates fans as she shares extent of injuries after smashing head on rock

Atomic Kitten star Jenny Frost has shared a video with fans to show the extent of her injuries after suffering a painful fall.

The singer managed to stay positive in the video as she thanked fans for all their well-wishes and joked she’s quite enjoying her swollen lips after smashing her head on a rock.

‘Thank you so much for all your messages, they’re so sweet,’ she said.

‘As you can see, my face is still really swollen over here and I bashed my mouth as well, so I had to go to the dentist yesterday to put a temporary brace on for me. So my mouth’s all bashed up inside.’

The 43-year-old quipped: ‘Don’t even look at the hair! I’ve definitely felt better but I really appreciate all your messages and support, it’s so sweet thank you.

‘And once the swelling goes down, I’m sure I’ll be fine. And the kids go back to school on Monday so hallelujah!

‘I don’t really know what to say other than is it wrong that I quite like my swollen lips?!’

Jenny recently opened up to fans about her accident, sharing a photo of her head stitched up.

She wrote on Instagram: ‘So on the last day of August & the last day of my besties being here – thought I’d go out with a bang!!! Against a rock ??‍♀️.

‘Was just a silly fall but when I put my hands out to stop myself – I didn’t see the massive rock in between my hands (it was pitch black & literally the only rock within a mile radius ??‍♀️)

‘Feeling very grateful that its not worse! We are the lucky ones ??’.

Jenny lives in Ibiza with her husband Vicente Juan Spiteri and their twin daughters Blake and Nico, as well as her son Caspar from a previous relationship.
