Brooklyn Beckham is reportedly set to join his fiancee Nicola Peltz on-set of her new film, Lola James, after winning a photography job on the project.

The couple, who announced their engagement in July of last year, will take their relationship to a new level as they unite their professional skills.

Brooklyn, 22, studied photography at the Parsons School of Design at the New School in New York before returning to the UK in 2018 after a year on the course for an internship.

He also interned with famous British photographer Rankin in 2019.

The first son of David and Victoria Beckham, who has had a book of his snaps published called What I See, is said to be focusing on taking still images on her set, while his fiancée Nicola is writing, co-directing and starring in the film.

A source told The Mirror: ‘Brooklyn and Nicola are a very creative couple and Brooklyn has a way with capturing moments in images.

‘Nicola is going to have a lot on and he is believed to be working to document this new adventure.’

Lola James is set in 2002 and follows the life of the 19-year-old titular character as she attempts to save enough money to free herself and her brother Arlo out of their ‘toxic’ home but ends up getting addicted to drugs.

The independent project will be co-directed by Bria Vinaite alongside Nicola and Sideways Oscar nominee Virginia Masden is also in the cast.

Brooklyn is proud of the work Nicola has already been putting in on-set, recently writing in a social media post: ‘I am so proud of you and looking forward to seeing this project.

‘You are the most talented person and I am so happy your dream is coming true.

‘You have worked you bum off to create an amazing movie and an amazing piece of art. I am so lucky I got to be a part of it and got to meet the amazing cast and crew.

‘Can’t wait to see the most amazing movie “Lola James”.’
