Brooklyn Beckham proved once again that he is a chip off the old block by taking a brief plunge in an ice bath, exactly like his father.
David Beckham is renowned for taking ice baths as part of his self-care routine, but it was Brooklyn who tried it out on Monday morning.
The 23-year-old shared a black and white photo of himself in black Calvin Klein boxers, gently down the steps and into the tub.
‘Nice little ice bath x,’ he captioned the Instagram Stories post.
As he braved the chilly waters for a solitary pick-me-up, the budding chef displayed his astounding collection of tattoos.
It’s not the first time he’s attempted the pastime; in 2019, he was seen giggling as he joined dad David, 47, in an ice bath at home.
Ice baths are commonly used in sports treatment to improve recovery after intensive spurts of activity, and are thought to alleviate muscular tiredness and pain.
The teenager recently received flak online for a video he uploaded of himself making a ‘Michelin-style roast beef Sunday supper, with some opponents labelling the steak ‘raw’.
However, Victoria Beckham, mother and former Spice Girl, soon defended her son, stressing that it was ‘rare individuals, not raw’.

Gordon Ramsay, a family friend, has also come to Brooklyn’s defence after his career choice into the kitchen was received with scorn.
‘Brooklyn has grown up with my kids and is the son of great friends of ours,’ the renowned chef, 58, told the Mail Online. I haven’t watched the video of his allegedly “raw” dispute.
‘But even as a 12-year-old, whilst playing football, Brooklyn was always excited about food. So I’m pleased that he’s gone down that road and he’s found something he really enjoys doing.’
Brooklyn, the ‘nepo baby,’ believes we should all allow him some slack (and another piece of beef), and says it’s ‘challenging’ to be the offspring of a celebrity.
‘He didn’t ask for that level of intrusion from having famous parents,’ he said.
‘It probably came off a certain way, but it’s not his fault. So I have no issues against it. I’m excited. We have another chef joining the mix.’
