B*witched star Keavy Lynch welcomes twins: ‘They’re a wonderful gift from heaven’

B*witched star Keavy Lynch has welcomed her twin babies.

The singer, 40, became mum to a boy and a girl with husband Nathaniel Comer, who she married in 2017.

The couple, who are already parents to daughter Freya, have named their new arrivals Elàna and Felix.

She shared her happy news with a video Instagram, saying she had welcomed ‘a wonderful gift from heaven’.

‘Words cannot express how in love I am with my family. Felix and Elàna have arrived to us as such a wonderful gift from heaven.’

The mum-of-three went on to thank NHS staff for looking after her as she gave birth.

‘I cannot thank the @nhswebsite enough for such wonderful care, especially to our birth team. I am blessed and very grateful to have @nathanielcomer right by my side.

‘I couldn’t have asked for a better birthing partner. It was the most supportive, empowering journey to bring our little ones here safely and now I will hold them in my heart and arms forever.

‘Freya is such a wonderful big sister already! She has cuddles and kisses waiting around every corner.’

A series of slides in her Instagram video shared the babies’ full names are Elàna Neamh Mary Jane Comer and Felix Arthur Brendan James Comer.

She added sweet black and white photos of Elàna and Felix’s hands and a further photo of two baby shoes, one pink and one blue.

Sharing her baby news in May, Keavy revealed she found out she was pregnant in lockdown.

‘For the first 3 months I was feeling pretty rough, shattered and sick all the time. Now we know why’, she wrote on Instagram.

Keavy is an identical twin herself, and was in the Irish pop group with sister Edele.

The foursome, which also included Lindsay Armaou and Sinéad O’Carroll, had hits in the late 90s including C’est La Vie, Blame It On The Weatherman and Jessie Hold On.
