Carl Woods has reportedly bought an £800,000 house for him and Katie Price to live in while her ‘mucky mansion’ is renovated.
The car dealer, 32, recently sold his previous property which Katie, 42, had been staying at, purchasing the new home as an investment.
While Katie is planning to move back into her £2million mansion, extensive works are currently needed to make it habitable again after it fell into disrepair as it lay empty.
A source told The Sun: ‘Carl is buying the house with a view to renting it out in the future, but while the work is being done on Katie’s £2m mucky mansion the family will be staying there. He’s put in an offer and is hopeful it’ll be accepted.’
Katie’s rep also confirmed that Carl is looking for an investment property and is planning to rent the house out once the former glamour model’s house is ready to be moved back into.
The house Carl has put an offer on has five bedrooms – perfect for the couple and Katie’s five children – and is located in Essex.

It is newly renovated and has three reception rooms, two bathroom and overlooks farmland at the front and a river to the back of the property.
Katie and Carl also recently announced their engagement after 10 months of dating, marking the eighth time Katie has been engaged.
She gushed to OK about having a man who earns his own money, after previously having had to pay for her ring herself.
Katie told OK! Magazine: ‘I didn’t have to buy my own ring this time! It was made from scratch and came out of his own money.
‘He designed it – it’s really special. It’s like a fairy-tale ring and massive. It’s like something out of Hollywood. It’s more than I could dream of.’
