Chris Hemsworth has put everyone to shame by showing how he copes with shaking off feeling ‘dusty’ after ‘a couple of celebratory drinks too many’.

Yes, of course it involves an impressive workout regime.

The Thor actor took to Instagram to share his routine, explaining: ‘Woke up this morning, motivation levels at an all-time-low. Felt very flat, a little dusty – a couple of celebratory drinks too many this weekend.’

Stating that he had done it to himself, so he was going to ‘undo it’, the 38-year-old prepared to ‘sweat out the demons’.

He then detailed his routine, which included a 15-minute treadmill warm-up before lunges, sprint work, bear crawls and chin-ups and push-ups, among other things.

Confirming that those demons were well and truly gone he checked in afterwards to share that he was feeling ‘100% back to normal’.

He added: ‘If you’re feeling flat, just get moving. Movement creates motivation.’

The Marvel star then signed off by wishing everyone a happy weekend, wherever they were in the world.

In his caption, he was keen to spread the positive effects of exercise too, writing: ‘I can tell you with the utmost confidence that the simple add of exercise in your daily routine will not only add a big ol’ smile on your dial it’ll improve every aspect of your life, more energy, better sleep, mood elevation, reduce feelings of anxiety and depression, protect against many chronic diseases, the list goes on.’

It’s probably for the best that the father-of-three remains in top shape, as the writer of the Hulk Hogan biopic in which he is set to star has shared his hopes that the project will get underway with shooting soon.

John Pollono, who teamed up with Scott Silver to pen the script for the highly anticipated film about the WWE Hall Famer, told Screen Rant: ‘I’m really excited to see the movie and hopefully – I don’t know how Covid-friendly that movie would be to shoot ’cause they got like 30,000 people in the crowds in some of these scenes, so hope eventually they get to make it.

‘I can’t wait to see it someday.’

Hogan himself has also previously praised Chris’ physique, sharing a picture of the star and gushing: ‘My brother has that Hogan Pump on Jack, looks like he could slam Andre brother [sic].’
