Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has revealed a prank his six-year-old daughter Jasmine pulled on him, and it’s insanely cute.
The actor, businessman and former professional wrestler took to Instagram and Tik Tok to share the brief clip of himself and his daughter Jasmine Lia this week in which he unwittingly ends up with peanut butter smeared across his face.
Alongside the video, he shared the caption: ‘You’d think after all this time, I’d learn my lesson of playing my little tornado’s favourite game, ‘Daddy Close Your Eyes’ What a fool I am.‘
He added: ‘(one day they’ll be grown & gone, and smashing the s*** outta daddy’s face with peanut butter is the last thing they’ll want to do – so while they still love hanging out with daddy ~ bring on the peanut butter!!) #weekendfun #johnsongirls #facesmash.’
In the heartwarming video, the Jumanji star can be seen sitting at a table in his kitchen with his eyes tightly closed, as Jasmine stands in front of him with some tin foil covered in PB.
Dwayne then tells Jasmine he has absolute trust in her while mentioning he’s concerned about the sound of some tin foil.
‘I trust you, Jazzy. I hear a lot of foil…’ he starts.
Then, without warning, his daughter pushes the tin foil into his face, covering the star in the gooey spread.
The 49-year-old actor then pulls a shocked face while removing the foil, saying ‘Oh my god’, while Jasmine laughs hysterically at the mess she’s created.
Dwayne has three daughters, including 20-year-old Simone, with ex-wife Dany Garcia; Jasmine, six, and Tiana, three, with his current wife Lauren Hashian.
Dwayne has been a stalwart presence on the Hollywood movie scene for the past 20 years.
Speaking to Men’s Journal, the actor revealed that his latest project will see him bringing more video game characters to the big screen.
In an interview, he said: ‘I can’t tell you which game, in particular, we’re doing, but there will be an announcement this year.
‘We’re going to bring one of the biggest, most badass games to the screen—one that I’ve played for years.
‘I’m really excited to bring it to fans around the world. Of course we’re going to do right by our gamer friends—but really we’re just going to make a great movie.’
