Gemma Collins drops Christmas single teaser with Darren Day and we’re already obsessed

Gemma Collins is giving us a Kris Kringle festive single – and she’s recruited her Celebrity Big Brother co-star Darren Day to sing it with her.

The Towie star announced the collaboration on Instagram, where she shared a black-and-white teaser promoting the duet to Christmas classic Baby, It’s Cold Outside.

Gemma stood in front of a microphone, wearing headphones as she enthusiastically introduced the tune.

‘To the nation, it is the GC and Dazzle,’ she yelled.

‘He’s not claustrophobic anymore, he’s singing a song to cheer everyone up from what a terrible year this has been.

‘Take it away, Dazzle!’

West End star Darren, 52, appeared alongside Gemma on Celebrity Big Brother, where he learned the loud way his Essex housemate was not fond of enclosed spaces.

In a now infamous scene, an upset Gemma screamed ‘I’m claustrophobic, Darren!’ at the singer – a line she even immortalised in her catchphrase clothing line.

The duo have since made up, and are now looking forward to spreading Christmas cheer with their holiday track, which is now available for pre-order on Spotify, iTunes and Amazon.

Gemma captioned the video with: ‘TO THE NATION. What a year it’s been #nowords PLEASE pre order!!! My feel good tune with Dazzle to CHEER the NATION UP!!!’

Fashion entrepreneur Gemma is no stranger to fantastical creatures and also revealed she is a firm believer in UFOs, and is even convinced her mum met one on the train.

She explained: ‘I do believe they are real. I do believe they live amongst us, but I do believe they show themselves in a human form, but their eyes are different.’

Do they know it’s Christmas on Mars, GC?
