Gemma Collins quite literally had a pep in her step this morning as she got stuck into a gruelling workout regime.
The former Towie star shared a motivational video on Saturday morning to encourage her followers to get healthy and moving during what will hopefully be the final weeks of lockdown.
In the Instagram video, Gemma revealed her recent weight loss in a black crop top teamed with a pair of leggings.
Holding a pair of thick ropes in her garden, she said: ‘I’ve just come on here to let you know we are going to be out of lockdown soon and it’s not about how you look, it’s how you feel. I’ve been training since 7:30am, yes it’s Saturday.
‘Yes I’d probably normally go shopping but do you know what, I’ve loved the lockdown because of the time it’s given me and I’ve made so many changes in my life, so many right steps in the right direction.’
The GC continued: ‘If anyone isn’t feeling motivated today, I hope I can motivate you and I hope you can be on the ropes and squat-thrusting like me.
‘I started and I was terrible but I’ve got the buzz for it now and I love it and I hope you can too. Happy weekend!’
In her Instagram stories, Gemma revealed the truth about her makeshift gym which included improvising and using her barbecue to keep her ropes in place, as well as a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat.
She added that she’s working to ‘get the arms I always dreamed of’.

Gemma, 40, recently opened up about the trolling she received about her weight when she was younger.
