Holly Hagan is overjoyed to be expecting her first child with husband Jacob Blyth.
The Geordie Shore star, 30, announced the good news on social media late yesterday night.
Holly and footballer Jacob, both 30, married last year in Ibiza after meeting on the Spanish party island in 2017.
After successfully trying for a kid on their honeymoon, the couple has admitted to being in a ‘baby bubble’ of newborn happiness.
Holly posted a message to her 4.2 million Instagram followers, saying, ‘He’s here!’ We’re doing fantastic! My blog will have a hospital update tomorrow morning.
‘Huge thank you to the incredible staff at the Wythenahawe hospital I couldn’t have wished for a better birth experience.
‘Just enjoying our little baby bubble.’
Back in January, the couple announced their joyful news with an endearing video that began with Jacob stating his wedding vows.
Sharing the clip with OK! Magazine, he told his bride: ‘All I think about is growing old with you and creating the most beautiful family together.’
Holly then replied: ‘Your patience, strength and resilience inspire me every single day and I couldn’t think of a strong role model for our future children.’
The romantic film then cut to the happy couple at home, with Holly presenting Jacob with a shoe box with a positive pregnancy test, which left Jacob clearly astonished.
Another video showed Holly getting a scan and said, ‘It’s so cute, isn’t it? Wow.’
Holly was an initial cast member in the Newcastle-based reality programme when it first aired in 2011, and she remained a regular member of the ‘family’ until her departure in 2016, with just a few guest appearances.
Charlotte Crosby, another cast member who recently had her first child, praised the happy couple on during their wedding last year.
Charlotte, as well as fellow Geordie star Sophie Kasaei, served as bridesmaids for Holly.
Fans have praised Holly for sticking to her gym programme even when heavily pregnant, with many commenting on her social media in February, observing how you can still see her abs despite the developing baby belly.
Go gal.
