Is Dylan Sprouse’s new movie After We Collided being released on Netflix?

After We Collided hit the big screen in September, but fans are patiently waiting for Dylan Sprouse’s new film to drop on streaming services.

The film is based on the adult novel of the same name written by Anna Todd and follows a couple Tessa and Hardin following their break up. As the pair struggle with their complicated relationship, Tessa faces a dilemma that could change their lives forever.

The movie – a sequel from the After franchise – is directed by Roger Kumble, was released in most cinemas three months ago, but is set to hit streaming platforms later this month.

Will After We Collided be released on Netflix?

It’s been confirmed that After We Collided has snapped up a deal with Amazon Prime that will see it exclusively streamed on Prime Video in the UK, France, Italy and Spain, according to Deadline.

Fans will be able to watch the film on Prime Video in the UK, France and Italy from December 22.

Those wanting to watch After We Collided in Spain will have to wait until the beginning of next year on January 1.

However, After We Collided will be available on Netflix over in the US, with it set to drop on the American platform of the streaming service on December 22.

Former Disney star Dylan, who found fame alongside his twin brother Riverdale star Cole Sprouse on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody plays the role of Trevor – Tessa’s co-worker.

Tessa (played by Josephine Langford) meets Trevor on her first day as an intern at a publishing company, with the pair growing close following her split from Hardin (Hero Fiennes Tiffin).

After We Collided follows on from 2019 release After and is part of a five-book series. Dylan has confirmed, however, that he won’t be starring in the remaining sequels.

Two more films in the After series, After We Fell and After Ever Happy, are officially being adapted for the big screen to continue Tessa and Hardin’s love story.

The first film, After, made a reported $70million (£52m) globally on its release, with After We Collided said to have made almost $50million (£37m) at the global box office.
