Joe Wicks has put his hero cape on again to announce that his PE classes will return next week as England enters another national lockdown.
The Body Coach trainer will resume his popular PE with Joe exercise sessions virtually from Monday.
It comes as Boris Johnson made a televised address announcing new measures, which include the closure of primary schools, secondary schools, and colleges.
With millions of children back home again, Joe will be keeping them fit and active three times a week.
In an Instagram post, the 34-year-old wrote: ‘PE with Joe is back ❤️?? Starting Monday the 11th January at 9am on my YouTube channel. I am committing to 3 live sessions per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am(UK time) They will be 20 minutes long and designed for children.
‘Please please share this with as many families as you can and let your schools know so they can notify the parents ASAP and we can get as many young children taking part.
‘This is so important for our children’s emotional and mental health ??? Lots of love Joe ?.’
Joe first launched PE with Joe last March during the first national lockdown and it proved to be a huge hit with hundreds of thousands tuning into the workout routines.
He added in the video: ‘I’m really looking forward to it. They’re going to be 20 minutes long, so nice and short. Focused on exercise for young children. Suitable for all ages.
‘Similar to what I did during the first lockdown, but much shorter. I hope to see you there on Monday with the kids.’
It comes amid reports that Joe raked in an eye-watering £9 million in just one week following the launch of his Body Coach app with a reported 130,000 people signing up between Christmas and New Year.
