Jonah Hill is all about body love as he shows off new meaningful tattoo

Jonah Hill has showed off his new tattoo and, true to form, has made everyone smile.

The Superbad star, who recently baffled fans when he declared he was ’50 and thriving’ despite being a youthful 37, looked to be loving his new ink.

Flexing his muscles and posing shirtless, he showed off the new tat, which depicts a hand in the devil horns pose, with the words ‘Body Love’ around it.

As well as presumably being a symbol of self-love, the tattoo is also a parody of the water sports apparel company Body Glove’s logo.

Fans and friends are loving the new ink, with actress Zoe Kravitz giving her seal of approval, as well as Jonah’s mum, costume designer Sharon Feldstein, who declared: ‘I love this and you.’

The new tat is particularly powerful after Jonah opened up earlier this year about the struggles he’s had with his body image.

He was photographed on a beach, loving life as he surfed shirtless, with the star explaining afterwards: ‘I don’t think I ever took my shirt off in a pool until I was in my mid 30s even in front of family and friends.’

He added that he’d been mocked for years about his body and that the printing of such photos could no longer faze him.

‘I’m 37 and finally love and accept myself,’ Jonah said.

Meanwhile, the actor looks to be thriving in his career as well, joining the star-studded cast of Netflix’s Don’t Look Up last year.

The film, which is being directed by Adam McKay, will also feature Meryl Streep, Himesh Patel, Cate Blanchett, Kid Cudi and Matthew Perry.

Tomer Sisley is also joining the all-star cast, which also includes the previously announced Rob Morgan.

The feature follows two low-level astronomers who embark on a media tour to warn mankind of an approaching asteroid that will destroy Earth.

As dark as it sounds, it’s actually a comedy so Jonah’s sure to be right in his element.
