The Kardashian’s annual Christmas Eve bash has become a highlight for not just their guest, but fans around the world as well.
With the ongoing coronavirus pandemic putting a halt on large group gatherings, some Keeping Up With The Kardashians viewers were left saddened at the thought the even wouldn’t take place this year.
However, Khloe Kardashian revealed all hope is not lost yet after a fan asked about the bash being canceled.
She tweeted: ‘I pray not! I think it will have to be way smaller obviously. And I’m totally fine with that! But we’re definitely celebrating Christmas!
‘It will just have to be small and safe. Maybe do rapid testing before ? We have to think of what is safest.’
The family would be wise to keep the event small after the recent backlash over lavish birthday celebrations.
Kris Jenner has insisted that daughter Kendall Jenner’s birthday party was safe after the model came under fire for holding the gathering during the coronavirus pandemic.
The party, at Harriet’s Rooftop in West Hollywood, had a star-studded guest list including Justin Bieber, Hailey Baldwin, Jaden Smith and Kendall’s sister Kylie Jenner.
Kris, 64, said that guests were tested for Covid-19 before attending and she and her family were ‘lucky’ enough to get tested ‘once or twice a week’.
Speaking to Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM show on Monday, she said: ‘I just got tested again. I was tested on Friday, because of the network rules while we are filming as you know, so that’s very strict.
‘Whenever we have a gathering, no matter how big or small, no matter whether it’s five people or 25 people or 20 people, we have, like at Kendall’s, everyone got tested before they walked in the door and they had to wait, you know, a half an hour until the results were in.’
Kendall’s party came after her older sister Kim Kardashian faced public outrage for flying her nearest and dearest out to a private island for her 40th birthday.
