Harry was also seen kissing the bump as Katie posed in a green bikini in the pool as she told her followers: ‘Been Busy Creating Life.
‘First came love, then came you! 6 months pregnant with our biggest blessing. I’ve kept this between close friends and family for a while but my beautiful baby bump is getting hard to hide.
‘We love you so much already baby and cannot wait to meet you. I couldn’t do this journey with anybody else other than my best friend.’
Katie added: ‘2022 my favourite year off all, The year I marry my love and we become a family.’
She and Harry had got engaged on Christmas Day, with Katie writing at the time: ‘HE ASKED ME TO BE HIS WIFE.
‘My best friend, my twin flame, The love of my life asked me to marry him and made me the happiest girl alive!!!!
‘My baby, we’ve been through so much together and built so much, I cannot wait to share this next chapter with you and take your hand in marriage forever. I love you so much I have no other words to say! The best Christmas … YES, YES YES.’
The former reality star found fame on Love Island in 2016 where she made history as part of the show’s first same-sex couple with the late Sophie Gradon.
Sophie, who died by suicide in 2018 at the age of 32, had originally been coupled up with Tom Powell but recoupled with Katie after Tom quit the show.
However, things didn’t work out between the couple and Sophie later dumped Katie to leave the show to be with Tom again, leaving Katie to recouple with Adam Maxstead, but they split just two weeks after the series ended.
