Madonna cosies up to boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams at fireworks as she gets lit for 63rd birthday in Italy

Madonna quite literally got lit for her 63rd birthday as she was treated to a stunning fireworks display in Italy.

The Like A Virgin singer has spent the past couple of weeks in Puglia, Italy on her summer holidays with boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams and her children, including Rocco, 21, David Banda, 15, and eight-year-old twins Stella and Esther.

In celebration of her turning 63 on August 16, Madonna hosted a party at a swanky property where guests enjoyed the grand bonanza of the fireworks.

Soundtracked to Andrea Bocelli’s Nessun Dorma, footage shared on her Instagram shows the singer taking in the display while being hugged by son Rocco and partner Ahlamalik. She later blows out the candles on her birthday with assistance from Stella, Esther and David, while Stevie Wonder’s Happy Birthday plays before thanking her guests.

Madonna captioned the clip: ‘Life is like fireworks…

‘We start off small and slow and we grow into a big light that stuns and amazes and lights up the sky. Then…..grows quiet again……. then returns and makes our heart beat faster until finally all that is left is memories burned into our hearts and Minds.’

She added: ‘Thank you Puglia and all who made the magic happen!! #bestbirthdayever #andreabocelli #steviewonder.’

They weren’t the only celebrations Madonna had as she previously shared photos from her actual birthday when she was surrounded by her children, including daughter Lourdes, 25, and friends such as actress Debi Mazar.

Madonna’s had many other reasons to crack open the champagne recently after signing a huge deal with Warner Music Group to release deluxe editions of her classic albums.

The deal encompasses the Queen of Pop’s 17 studio albums – including global hits such as Madonna, Like A Virgin, and Like A Prayer – plus singles, soundtrack recordings, live albums, and compilations.

The new pact includes the singer’s music produced under labels Sire, Maverick and Warner, along with her three most recent studio albums, MDNA, Rebel Heart, and Madame X, which will join the Warner catalog from 2025.

Next year is also set to be a big one for Madonna as it’ll mark the 40th anniversary of her recording debut.
