Molly-Mae Hague has been named PrettyLittleThing’s UK and EU creative director in her latest boss move since leaving Love Island.
The reality star and influencer, 22, had teased a ‘huge announcement’ with the brand, which was unveiled this morning alongside her new collection.
Molly-Mae is buzzing to take on the new role, saying in a statement: ‘I am so excited to announce my new role as Creative Director of PrettyLittleThing for the UK and EU.
‘It’s a dream to continue working with my favourite brand and we have so much to show you all! This is just the start.’
PrettyLittleThing’s CEO Umar Kamani added of the partnership: ‘This felt like a natural fit for us. Molly has been a huge part of our PrettyLittleThing journey and she is so invested in the brand.
‘We wanted to explore different avenues together and bring her on board as more of a creative, where she can work closely with our team and be involved in our wider strategy across the UK and Europe over the next 12 months.’

Sharing her excitement, Molly posted on Instagram: ‘I’m beyond ecstatic to announce that I am the new CREATIVE DIRECTOR of @prettylittlething for UK/EU.
‘This is the biggest move in my career so far and I can’t explain my gratitude to my favourite brand in the world for trusting me with this role.
‘PLT have had faith in me from the VERY start and to now be a Director within the business feels like a complete dream come true. I hope you’re all ready for my visions to come to life within this incredible brand…
‘To celebrate this huge news I’m bringing you without a doubt my best collection to date, I’ve worked on this collection now for SO long and I’m beyond proud of it! Now LIVE and available to shop…. I can’t wait to see you all in it!’
Molly-Mae had chosen PLT to partner up with after leaving Love Island in 2019 as the brand was one she had been passionate about prior to the show, and one of the first fashion labels who had worked with her as an influencer before she found fame.
Previously, she had revealed that she’d turned down a £2million deal with an unnamed brand as she would only work with brands she was passionate about, despite the sizeable payout.
She celebrated the incredible new deal by splashing out on a £37,000 gold Cartier bracelet encrusted with diamonds, telling fans it was ‘a well done to myself’, with the amount of the big-money deal a closely-guarded secret.
As well as working with the brand as creative director, Molly also unveiled her first exclusively designed collection since stepping into her new role.

Molly-Mae, who was previously PLT’s UK brand ambassador, has signed a yearlong partnership working alongside PrettyLittleThing’s in house Creative and Brand team throughout 2021/22.
She will direct upcoming campaigns for the brand as well as signing new faces within the UK and EU.
Her latest collection is perfect for ‘in-between season dressing’ and items to complete a holiday wardrobe, consisting of easy-to-wear separates and co-ords mainly in neutral and earthy tones.
Molly-Mae’s latest collection is also available in sizes 4-30, channelling the brand’s #everyBODYinPLT ethos, offering sizes to suit every body.
