Molly-Mae Hague ‘so excited she could cry’ as she hints she’s put down offer on dream home post-burglary

Molly-Mae Hague has expressed her excitement over the potential purchase of a brand new home after she and boyfriend Tommy Fury coped with the aftermath of a burglary.

In October this year, the former Love Island stars, both 22, were the victims of an £800,000 burglary when thieves raided their pad in Manchester.

The couple were forced to move, never returning to the flat as they searched for a new home.

In a new Christmas vlog shared on her YouTube channel, the influencer revealed that she may have taken a positive step in finding her next place to live.

Admitting she has a fear of ‘jinxing it’, Molly-Mae explained that the room she was filming from ‘isn’t going to be my YouTube room anymore’ after a recent house viewing she went on.

‘I honestly don’t want to say too much because I’m so flipping scared of jinxing it,’ she said.

‘When I was speaking to Fran [her manager] about this situation with this house that I went to view the other day, she was like, “Don’t tell anyone about anything to do with this house until we know more and we’ve made further progress.”’

However, the Pretty Little Thing creative director couldn’t help but share some hopeful news.

‘But, put it this way – I don’t know if I’ll bother making this into my YouTube room,’ she said, smacking her hand on her face.

‘Because, I don’t know. I’m just so excited I could literally cry. I’m not saying any more because knowing my flipping luck…’

Molly-Mae told her followers that while she ‘loves’ the house she and Tommy are currently living in, she doesn’t want to stay there for too long ‘because the rent is disgusting’.

‘Me and Tommy could be paying off an unbelievable mortgage for the rent that we’re paying here. So we’re still, every flipping day, on the search for a house,’ she stated.

The reality star recently opened up about having a long-distance relationship with Tommy, what with his transatlantic boxing fights and Molly-Mae’s busy schedule.

‘We don’t see each other for weeks on end at the moment and we’ve become really good at the long-distance thing,’ she said.

‘One thing that I find so key in our relationship and it’s the most important thing that I think in any relationship is trust. We have that complete and utter trust in one another and in a relationship, that’s all you need to survive.’
