Nicole Scherzinger is dealing with January Blues of a different kind, as she channelled her inner beach babe on holiday.
The Pussycat Dolls singer is currently soaking up all of the sun in Turks and Caicos, and blessed us with a glimpse inside her getaway.
Taking to Instagram, the 42-year-old shared a string of photos as she posed in the crystal clear water, rocking a stunning purple bikini.
‘It’s goin up… on a Tuesday [sic],’ she captioned the upload, making us all massively jealous in the process.
However, some followers were unimpressed with the idyllic photos, which come as lockdown measures have been tightened around the world.
Taking aim in the comments, one stated: ‘None of us actually need to be seeing this right now.’
‘I’m a fan but right now these endless relaxation pictures feel a little insensitive…,’ another suggested.
A fan penned: ‘The rest of the world is suffering and you are showing this, really.’
‘Really? This his too much now. Be sensitive to what is going on in the world for goodness sake [sic],’ a follower fumed.
‘Enjoy and be happy is not wrong but posting constantly on social media is a little insensitive x.’
As an Instagram user replied: ‘Must be nice being a celebrity being able to live normal and travel while the rest of us is on lockdown.’
Many others flooded Nicole’s post with compliments, branding her ‘beautiful’ and ‘inspirational’, and praising her for living her very best life.
Defending the post, a social media fan said: ‘Guys honestly some of your comments are so funny.
‘If you don’t want to see her in a bikini on the beach during COVID living her best life, don’t be obliged to or bring bad vibes do for the rest of us that love her inspiration of being happy will enjoy it!’
‘You are definitely the CEO of making me jealous,’ one agreed, as a commenter added: ‘You are literally so flawless and perfect.’
