Noel Clarke has left his fans pretty speechless after sharing photos of himself looking insanely ripped at both 22 years old and 44.
The actor, 45, had his Instagram followers convinced that he doesn’t age as he shared his buffed up snaps side by side and, honestly, it’s hard to tell that there’s 20 odd years between them.
Ok, maybe in the snap from his early 20s you can tell Noel is a little baby-faced, but his rock hard abs are still going as strong as they were two decades ago.
He simply captioned his post: ’22 vs 44,’ and fans went wild for it, with many commenting on how the Brotherhood star hasn’t changed over the years.
‘Ageless!!!’ commented one follower, while another joked: ‘Wow. Spot the difference.’
‘More ripped now then you was then bro,’ said one fan, as one more posted: ‘How are you 44? Jeez!!!!’
Noel’s post was certainly a hit with all the female fans out there, with one teasing: ‘Thirst trap then, thirst trap now #thirsttraptuesday.’
It comes as Noel is gearing up for the return of Bulletproof, where he stars alongside Ashley Walters.
Bulletproof: South Africa sees the stars return as their characters Aaron Bishop (Clarke) and Ronnie Pike Jr (Walters) for the three-part special, as the two cops and best pals head out to Cape Town for a holiday.
Yep, you guessed it – it’s not long, however, until the pair run into trouble and soon they’re drawn into helping with a new case where a girl has been kidnapped.
Bulletproof: South Africa airs on Sky One early next year in January 2021.
The first series of the show aired in 2018, with the second season of Bulletproof following in 2020 – and Noel says it was starring on the show that spurred him on to get back in shape.
Speaking exclusively to Metro.co.uk in March about Bulletproof’s second season, the TV star revealed: ‘It was a month and a half in and we’d seen some cuts of the first episodes and, to be honest neither of us looked terrible in clothes or out of clothes or anything like that, but it was little things.
‘There’s a little scene in episode one where I’m mocking Munroe (played by Jason Maza) and I’ve got neck rolls. I’ve got f***ing neck rolls, like three hot dogs at the back of my neck.’
Noel revealed that during filming he lost around three stone, after putting himself through a health kick, that included cleaning up his diet and upping his gym regime.
Fans will also recognise Noel from movies Kidulthood and Adulthood and TV series Doctor Who where he played Mickey Smith for five years.
