Piers Morgan has precisely no time for anti-vaxxers as he got his coronavirus booster jab.

The former Good Morning Britain presenter, 56, shared a selfie on Twitter, confirming that he had received the vaccine.

In the snap, the star donned a face mask as he flashed his jab card for fans.

Alongside the upload, he penned: ‘BOOSTED! Thanks to everyone at St Charles Care Centre in North Kensington for splendidly efficient and rapid service today!

‘Loads of people pouring in to get their jabs which was great to see.’

Predicting a controversial discussion in his Twitter mentions, Piers added: ‘PS memo to anti-vaxxers who now want to abuse me: **** off.’

Noted.

There are concerns that immunity could be waning among those who had their coronavirus jabs some time ago, with millions of over-50s, NHS staff and clinically vulnerable people eligible for a booster shot  if there has been a six month gap since getting their second dose.

The outspoken host has been a long-time supporter of the Covid-19 vaccine, and has previously blasted those who refused to get one amid the global pandemic.

In fact earlier this month, the former ITV star claimed to have found the perfect way to convince those who are against the jab to get one.

Sharing his idea on Twitter, he penned: ‘The best way to make anti-vaxxers take the covid jab is to mandate it for them NOT to have it – then they will furiously demand their freedom to have one.’

He also suggested that those who are yet to take up the vaccine should be denied NHS care if they contract coronavirus.

‘Those who refuse to be vaccinated, with no medical reason not to, should be refused NHS care if they then catch covid,’ he said.

‘I’m hearing of anti-vaxxers using up ICU beds in London at vast expense to the taxpayer.

‘Let them pay for their own stupidity & selfishness.’
