Dani Dyer is set to give birth real soon, so it’s no surprise she’s been busy getting her hospital bag together for when she does go into labour.
The Love Island star, 24, is expecting her first child with boyfriend Sammy Kimmence and taking to Instagram, she revealed her hospital bag essentials in one meticulously thought out list.
She really had thought of everything, with Dani’s list including two types of socks, nipple pads, an extra long phone charger, hand sanitiser, chewing gum and our person fave: ‘spritz for bits’.
Dani had reached out to fans for their help with her hospital bag and thanked them for all their ideas that ensured she is prepped and ready to go for when the big day arrives.
‘Thank you all so much, annoys me when I forget the most little things,’ she wrote.
The reality star also shared grabs of some of her favourite purchases ahead of her trip to the delivery room, including comfy after-birth knickers, miniature toiletries, a cute eye mask if she manages to get some sleep and some fun socks given to her as a Christmas present that say: ‘Keep calm and push.’
‘My mum bought me these for Christmas,’ Dani joked.
Dani – whose dad is EastEnders actor Danny Dyer – first announced she was pregnant in May. Since then, she has kept fans up to date with her pregnancy, sharing plenty of baby bump snaps and her experiences on social media.
Last month, Dani revealed that she had thought she was going into labour early after suffering ‘painful contractions’ weeks before her due date.
She had suffered from Braxton Hicks, which is known to feel like false labour pains.
‘Last night I properly experienced those Braxton Hicks contraction things. Honestly, there’s so much that goes into being pregnant. Woah, they were really painful,’ Dani said during an Instagram story Q&A.
‘I was like, “what’s this, what’s that?” But wow. They’re not very nice. I was just laying there like no baby you have a month yet.
‘Getting up and walking around really helped, then it settled so I could go back to sleep.’
When one fan said they feared they were in labour while experiencing Braxton Hicks, Dani replied: ‘This was me. It’s crazy how our body works.’
She shot to fame on Love Island in 2018, where she won the show alongside ex-boyfriend Jack Fincham. They had continued to date after the series and moved in together, but later split in April 2019.
Shortly after their split, Dani rekindled her relationship with Sammy, who she had dated prior to her appearance on the ITV2 dating series.Credit: Original article published here.
