BBC Radio 2 presenter Sara Cox has spent more than a month embarking on a strict fitness regime – and the results are impressive.
The TV and radio personality was partial to a pint or two before but decided to drastically overhaul her drinking habits with the Six Pack Revolution program.
It meant Sara did not consume any alcohol for 10 weeks and instead focused on getting her body fitter and stronger.
In fact, it was her fellow Radio 2 host Rylan Clark who gave her the push she needed to see it through.
Sharing the incredible results of her body transformation, Sara told her followers: ‘YASSSSSS @thesixpackrevolution done ✅ & after 10 weeks I feel ruddy ace. Loved not drinking – tho 2 big family parties AND an all inclusive holiday on the wagon was a challenge 🥴but definitely worth it💪🏼Been into fitness for a bit but really needed a kick up the tush & this has been brilliant.’
She added: ‘Pretty chuffed that I cracked it aged 47💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼Recommend it massively if you want to have a go. Thanks @iamscottharrison for all the support 👏🏼& @rylan for encouraging me to give it a go 😊
‘Ps I’m off out out now to @julesvonhep’s STEN party to tumble off the wagon #prayforsaz but will be back on it mon-Fri.’
The 47-year-old blew her fans and friends away with her new body, as former Strictly Come Dancing judge Oti Mabuse commented: ‘Omgggggg @djsaracox you look incredible 🔥’
Former Radio 1 DJ Fearne Cotton left a string of heart-eye emoji, while ex Atomic Kittens singer Kerry Katona, who has also undergone her own body transformation, said: ‘Holy s**t!!!! You look amazing.’
DJ Annie Mac simply commented: ‘FIT!’
Sara worked with personal trainer Scott Harrison who praised the presenter on her determination, writing: ‘Well done beauty you SMASHED IT !!…. What a Powerful woman … super proud of you.’
