Ruth Langsford says husband Eamonn Holmes helps her feel sexy and boosts her confidence.
Eamonn, who co-hosted This Morning on Fridays with Ruth, always tells her that he ‘fancies’ her.
The Loose Women host, 60, told Closer magazine that she already feels good about herself but her husband, 61, has a big part to play in that by showering her with compliments.
‘Eamonn makes me feel sexy. He tells me “You look fantastic, I think you’re really sexy, I fancy you” and that’s great. He definitely boosts my confidence’ she shared.
The couple have been together since 1997 and married in 2010. They share 18-year-old son Jack.
The TV star admits she isn’t happy with her ‘wobbly bits’ but has learned that they are a part of her body.
She continued: ‘If I’m honest, do I like my wobbly bits? No I don’t but I accept them. Of course I don’t look in the mirror and say, “I love you cellulite”.’
Ruth and Eamonn recently presented their last Friday This Morning show before handing the reigns over to Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary.
Sharing a statement from their respective Twitter accounts about the change they said: ‘It’s a changing of the guard on Fridays from January. ‘We hope you make Alison and Dermot as welcome as you’ve made us over the years. Have a Ball you two! It’s not Goodbye from us, it’s simply Au Revoir until the next half term.’
