Sharon Osbourne has been forced to self-isolate for the second time after being exposed to coronavirus again.

In September, the former X factor judge, 68, was forced to quarantine when her granddaughter Minnie, three, tested positive for Covid-19.

Now, just two months later, Sharon revealed she has been forced to self-isolate once more, as a woman she works with at her house has just tested positive for the virus.

She was unable to head into the studio to join her co-hosts for the latest episode of The Talk and instead called in to the US chat show remotely from home.

Appearing via video link, Sharon revealed that she is currently quarantining as a precaution after being exposed to coronavirus for the second time.

‘Oh lord, well I’m at home today because one of the ladies I work with at home has come down with Covid. So we’re all in lockdown,’ Sharon revealed.

‘She’s doing okay, but can you believe it? This is my second lockdown. Second time around girls.’

Sharon didn’t reveal any further details and her co-stars told their fellow presenter to ‘stay safe’ and that they were thinking of her, Ozzy and everyone at home.

If you have come into contact with coronavirus or are experiencing symptoms, current guidelines advise people to self-isolate and stay home for 14 days.

Sharon was previously forced to quarantine following an outbreak of Covid-19 at her son Jack’s home. Jack revealed that two of his daughters tested positive for coronavirus, after contracting it from somebody who works for him at their home.

‘My house has had like a corona outbreak with my two daughters; my two daughters have it,’ he revealed on podcast Pretty Messed Up.

Jack explained how he believes his kids contracted the virus, adding: ‘Someone who works for me went away, came back and they didn’t tell me they were going out of town. They just appeared and were like, “oh yeah, we went out.”

‘And my daughter picked up the drink that they set down and took a sip.’

Jack continued: ‘The only symptoms my daughter had was just a little bit of a runny nose and a fever, and that was for like, three days. She’s got zero symptoms now. She’s still technically in the positive window because it hasn’t been two weeks.

‘It’s just a lot of dodging and weaving. We spend a lot of time outdoors.’

Jack is dad to three girls; Pearl, eight, Andy, five, and Minnie, three, who he share with ex-wife Lisa Stelly.

At the time, Sharon revealed she had been testing negative for Covid-19, but was self-isolating as a precautionary measure, as she stressed: ‘You have to be safe.’
