Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy Osbourne have had a quiet New Year at home together after being reunited following their coronavirus scare.
Sharon, 68, revealed last month that she had tested positive for the virus and had had a ‘brief’ stay in hospital.
After self-isolating away from 72-year-old Ozzy, who has Parkinson’s Disease, the couple were reunited when Sharon tested negative twice.
They spent the first days of 2021 relaxing at home with their dogs.
Sharon posted a picture of Ozzy on Instagram lounging in bed with their dog Wesley.
He looked happy and relaxed wearing a black T-shirt and trousers with the dog lying on his back in Ozzy’s arm.
The X Factor star added the caption: ‘Settling into 2021’.
Updating her fans about her health in December, Sharon wrote on Twitter: ‘I wanted to share I’ve tested positive for Covid 19. After a brief hospitalisation, I’m now recuperating at a location away from Ozzy (who has tested negative) while “The Talk” is on scheduled hiatus. Everyone please stay safe and healthy.
‘Everyone stay safe and healthy.’
Arriving back home to her husband and their five four-legged friends in the run up to Christmas, she thanked people for their support.
‘Got the ok to go home after two negative test results and look at the joy waiting for me!’ the TV star wrote on Instagram.
‘So grateful to be home for the holidays and thank you all so much for your love and support ❤️ Stay safe and wishing you the happiest of holidays ?’.
Sharon also had to go into isolation in September after two of their son Jack’s daughters contracted the virus, meaning she was unable to be in the studio for The Talk.
She explained on the show: ‘Her daddy doesn’t have it, her mummy doesn’t have it, her sisters don’t have it. She caught it from somebody that works for my son.
‘And it just goes to show you, she’s three years of age, that children can get Covid.’
