Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were left shaken this week after their home was reportedly broken into.
The couple were believed to be in the property at the time when thieves broke in through a window, according to TMZ.
Canadian pop star Shawn, 22, and former Fifth Harmony member Camila, 24, are understood to be unharmed as the intruders fled when they realised they were there.
However, Shawn is likely to be gutted as the keys to his expensive Mercedes G-wagon were swiped and the vehicle was stolen.
The Los Angeles Police Department are still investigating the incident and no arrests have yet been made.
The couple may have had bad news following the break-in this week but they appear to have been more loved-up than ever lately.
Shawn recently shared a heartfelt message on social media to celebrate his girlfriend’s 24th birthday.
The musician took to Instagram earlier this month to declare his feelings for the Havana warbler.
Posting a snap of himself filming his partner on what appeared to be a tour bus, he wrote: ‘Happy birthday to the kindest, bravest and most beautiful person I’ve ever known.
‘I love you more every day mi vida ❤.’
He also added a video of the pair cuddling on a golf cart on his Instagram story.
The stars have been dating for 18 months but have actually known each other for more than six years.
Since 2015, the pair have posed for photos at awards ceremonies and even collaborated on I Know What You Did Last Summer.
In June 2019, things stepped up a notch as they released their summer duet Señorita, at the same time it was reported that Camila had split from Matthew Hussey after a year and a half together.
Over the summer, the couple were pictured holding hands and making out on a number of occasions, and by that autumn, they had confirmed they were an item.
