Sheridan Smith has shared some sweet snaps with her baby son Billy after splitting with her ex-fiancé and Billy’s father, Jamie Horn, in July.
Taking to Instagram on Monday night, the actress posted two photos in quick succession of herself with Billy, 15 months, as she shared her joy over the little boy.
In the first photo, Billy is dressed in a yellow dinosaur T-shirt and looking away from the camera, held firmly in Sheridan’s arms, who is beaming warmly at him.
Next to the outdoors snap, Sheridan wrote: ‘Excuse mummy’s 10 chins but am with my beautiful boy! Am over the moon. ❤️’
The second picture, which the 40-year-old posted an hour later, shows just the top of Billy’s head as he sits in his mum’s lap, who smiles into the distance.
‘My world, my love, my reason for being here ❤️?? have a great week everyone x’, commented the actress.
The Pooch Perfect presenter was careful not to show Billy’s face in the sweet photos, but her adoration was clear to see.
Sheridan and insurance broker Jamie, 31, met on Tinder in 2018 and got engaged shortly after, with Sheridan giving birth to Billy in May 2020 amid the coronavirus pandemic.
In early July, the pair formally announced their separation via a joint statement issued to The Sun, which read: ‘It is with great sadness that we have decided to have some time apart.
‘We both remain completely committed to raising our beautiful boy Billy together. We ask that you respect our privacy during this difficult time. Thank you.’
She and Jamie had appeared on a one-off ITV documentary about their pregnancy, titled Sheridan Smith: Becoming Mum.

The Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps actress has been busy with new roles recently, flying out to Turkey to film ITV ‘holiday from hell’ drama No Return just days after she and Jamie confirmed their split.
She has also delighted fans with first-look images of her and co-star David Walliams in full make-up as a witch and troll for Sky TV’s Hansel & Gretel: After Ever After, set to air this December.
While their exact roles in the project are still under wraps it’s a Christmas reunion for the duo, who appeared together as the giant and The Woman With No Name in last year’s Jack and The Beanstalk: After Ever After.
