Stacey Solomon, a down-to-earth mother, found herself in hot water on the school run when her tyre failed halfway through.
Stacey frequently exposes her realistic morning rituals, but she couldn’t help but chuckle at her ‘worst’ morning as she waited in her car, unable to leave a random parking lot with her two youngest children.
The 34-year-old mother of five detailed a series of unfortunate circumstances that placed her, Rose, two, and Belle, nine months, at a bar at 10 a.m.
She just dedicated a whole Halloween house renovation to Rose, who shares her mother’s birthday.
The Sort Your Life Out presenter began her disastrous morning by saying, ‘Good morning from a terribly stranded mother and her two children.’
Rose got on the centre panel next to her, while Belle sat in the rear seat, visibly growing agitated as they sat in the automobile.
‘I’ve had the worst morning, late and missed the school bus, so I had to drive them all the way into school,’ Stacey, who is married to Joe Swash, added.
She got her three boys – Zachary, 15, Leighton, 11, and Rex, four – to school on time.
She went to take Rose in after leaving Rex off, but her car decided to act up.
‘I was on my last school run of the day, Rosie Posey, and my tyre blew so I literally crawled into this pub car park,’ she said.
Fortunately, the pub owner took pity on her as she waited for a repair vehicle and let her into the event, which opened somewhat early.
‘The nice lady at the bar has allowed us wait inside,’ she wrote. Belle is just as excited as I am.’
Belle was delightfully beaming at the table, while Rose was staring at the table, her gaze fixed on something invisible.
The mother shared an update two hours later, showing her car, which was now tyre-free and being fixed.
Rose eventually made it to school, and Stacey and Belle returned home after a stressful morning.
