Stacey Solomon has shared an update on her pregnancy with fans, revealing that she is in ‘panic nesting mode’ worrying her baby will arrive soon.

The Loose Women star, 31, took to Instagram to reveal that her baby has dropped down in preparation for birth – but she’s got a lot more DIY to do before the big arrival.

Sharing a video of her bump, Stacey told her followers: ‘In other news… I feel like she’s really dropped recently, so I’m in panic nesting mode.

‘I want to finish so many things and I also don’t want this pregnancy to end.’

Stacey then joked: ‘And also I need you to just wait until we’ve done the utility, kitchen and front room.’

She later added: ‘Goodnight. I’m taking me, my tea and my little low pickle to bed. Hopefully she’s just resting in my vagina because it’s comfy and not because she wants to make an appearance anytime soon.’

Stacey and Joe Swash are expecting their second child together after welcoming son Rex two years ago.

As well as Rex and the new baby daughter to come, Stacey also has sons Leighton and Zach from previous relationships while Joe has a son called Harry.

The new arrival will be the couple’s first baby girl and Stacey has made sure the little one has a room of dreams in their new home.

The keen DIY-er has been transforming the house they moved in to in March – which they dubbed Pickle Cottage – to make it fit their own tastes.

She recently revealed the stunning pink bedroom she has created for her fourth child, complete with a floral wall and a nursing chair with a canopy.
