Taylor Swift is a huge fan of cardigans and she playfully highlighted that fact in a new advert for Capital One credit cards.
As part of her ongoing partnership with the American bank, the Folklore hitmaker confirmed she is embracing cozy season in the teasing commercial.
The short clip sees the pop star looking out of the window as she muses: ‘It’s looking kinda chilly out today, what am I gonna wear?’
The Love Story hitmaker then strolls over her wardrobe which is filled with her Cardigan merch sweater.
‘I think I’ll go with a Cardigan’, she then says before winking at the camera.
We see what you did there, Taylor.
In another advert, which was released last year, Taylor stars as a waitress in a diner and a bartender in a restaurant who encounter a few mishaps.
Meanwhile, Taylor has been busy breaking yet another record with her latest album Folklore after it became the first to sell over 1million copies in 2020.
The singer released the stripped back album, that nods back to her country roots, in July and, naturally, the record debuted at number one.
And according to The Hollywood Reporter, Taylor’s album sold another 57,000 copies in the US in the week ending October 22.
Data gathered by Nielsen Music/MRC Date recorded that Folklore’s album sales has now reached over 1.038million copies and such numbers have made it the first album to pass that million mark this year in the US.
And, not that we’re surprised, Taylor’s last album Lover was the only album to sell a million copies in the US in 2019 – selling 1.09million last year.
