When is PE with Joe Wicks returning and what time will it be on during the third lockdown?

Joe Wicks and his workouts have become an essential watch during lockdown, so when the new restrictions were announced, fans flocked to his social media.

Thankfully, the Body Coach star didn’t take long to announce that he would be returning to YouTube with his PE With Joe series.

Joe, 34, started PE With Joe last March when schools closed for the first lockdown in England, uploading live workouts every day.

During the second lockdown, he created his series Wake Up With Joe, which consisted of three pre-recorded workouts per week.

Now, he’s going back to PE With Joe, aiming to keep children fit and active as the nation reverts back to online learning.

When is PE With Joe starting and what time is it on?

PE With Joe will start back up on Monday January 11.

Joe revealed that he will be doing three live workouts per week, at 9am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

He announced the good news on Instagram, writing: ‘PE with Joe is back ❤️?? Starting Monday the 11th January at 9am on my YouTube channel. I am committing to 3 live sessions per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am(UK time).

‘They will be 20 minutes long and designed for children. Please please share this with as many families as you can and let your schools know so they can notify the parents ASAP and we can get as many young children taking part.

‘This is so important for our children’s emotional and mental health ??? Lots of love Joe ?.’

Where can you watch PE With Joe?

The fitness guru streams all his workouts on his YouTube channel, The Body Coach TV.

They can be streamed live but if you prefer to do them later in the day, they’ll still be available as a video on his channel.

He also has plenty of other videos, including warm-ups, abs blasters, and workouts for seniors.

How long will PE With Joe run for?

Joe hasn’t confirmed how long the series will run for.

Last time he managed a whopping 12 weeks, stopping when children began going back to school.

The current lockdown is set to last until mid-February, so he may decide to call it a day there – but you never know!

What has Joe said about the return?

Joe is clearly thrilled to be bringing the series back, saying on his Instagram Stories: ‘My purpose is back.

‘I love helping people on a massive scale and I’ve just filmed another workout for the app which is gonna be amazing. I’m so proud of these workouts, I’m putting so much effort into them.’
