Will Smith joked that he resembled ‘a circle’ as he hit the gym for a workout session.
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air actor recently claimed he was in the ‘worst shape’ of his life, and vowed to do something about it.
After ditching the ‘midnight muffins’, the 52-year-old shared a snap of himself in the gym, ready to work up a sweat.
Alongside the two snaps, showing him posing in a white t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms – and a very close up shot – he penned: ‘Back to square one. Lookin like a circle. Let’s get it!!’
Sliding into the comments, he added: ‘You can’t see it, but there are hot pockets on strings all over this gym.’
That sounds like our kind of gym…
Will opened up about his fitness journey on Instagram recently, posting a snap of himself simply in a pair of boxers.
The Men In Black star was adamant that he ‘loves’ his body but just wants to ‘feel better’ within himself.
‘This is the body that carried me through an entire pandemic and countless days grazing thru the pantry,’ he told fans.
‘I love this body, but I wanna FEEL better. No more midnight muffins…this is it!
‘Imma get in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!!!!! Teaming up with @YouTube to get my health & wellness back on track. Hope it works.’
Will has teamed up with YouTube for their upcoming fitness series, called Best Shape of My Life, which is set to air in 2022.
It has been described as ‘the fun, funny, inspirational, wildly adventurous, and deeply entertaining story of Smith challenging himself to improve every aspect of his fitness, from agility to power to recovery and more’.
As well as this, he’ll be joined by guests including pro athletes, scientists and experts, and top YouTube creators.
