The house from the classic TV show, The Brady Bunch, has been restored to its former glory and is back on the market.
The 70s hit sitcom, which aired for five seasons from 1969 to 1974, centered on the life of a blended family with six children.
Though the original 1969 house was only used for filming exterior scenes, cable network HGTV bought it in 2018. The network outbid NYSYNC’s Lance Bass, an avowed fan of the show, for the house.
Having purchased the house for triple its market price, HGTV commenced renovations to replicate the interior features that were filmed in studio sets.
The actors who played the children within the series, Greg (Barry Williams), Peter (Christopher Knight), and Bobby (Mike Lookinland), Marcia (Maureen McCormick), Jan (Eve Plumb), and Cindy (Susan Olsen), took part in the renovation process which was filmed and shown during the reunion event dubbed A Very Brady Renovation.
The revamped property is currently on sale for a reported $5.5 million (£4.5 million).

The house, located in the Studio City area of Los Angeles, encompasses five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
In modernizing the home, a whopping $1.9 million (£1.5 million) was invested and an additional 2,000 square feet, which includes an entire second story, was appended to the original blueprint of the building.
‘The stand-out elements of the renovated home are the signature floating staircase, the burnt orange-and-avocado green kitchen, the children’s Jack-n-Jill bathroom and a backyard furnished with a swing set, a teeter-totter and Tiger’s dog house,’ said the network in a statement as the house went up for sale.

The house is likely to draw the likes of serious Brady Bunch fans or zealots of the 70s aesthetic, as the house is dripping in the style of the era.
When the house sells, HGTV plans to donate part of the profits to Turn Up! Fight Hunger, a No Kid Hungry initiative that aims to provide up to 250,000 meals for children in need of food.
The last time the house was up for sale five years ago, Lance Bass had initially announced that he had won the bid only to have HGTV end up finalizing the purchase three weeks after its first display.
Lance opened up about his disappointment upon finding out a “corporate buyer was willing to pay any price for the property,” after having expressed that buying the house had been a “dream come true.”

‘The experience of buying this house was a dream realized for me and my night was spent celebrating with friends, family, and fans alike,’ he confessed after learning he had not secured the house.
Maureen, who played Marcia, the oldest sister in the series, admitted she would have loved to buy the residence, but the competition was simply too fierce, hence her decision not to pursue it.
The Brady Bunch is available on Paramount Plus for streaming.
