Tom Cruise ‘builds Covid-secure’ Mission: Impossible 7 set after massive coronavirus rant

Tom Cruise isn’t taking any chances with his health and is reportedly building a ‘Covid-secure’ Mission: Impossible set to continue filming the blockbuster safely.

The Hollywood actor, who plays Ethan Hunt in the franchise, was allegedly heard in leaked footage screaming at crew members who breached coronavirus safety rules on the Mission: Impossible 7 set in Hertfordshire earlier this month.

Following the rule-break, Tom, 58, is said to be ‘spending millions’ on transforming a former military base into the new movie studio.

According to The Sun, the Mission: Impossible set will now move from Leavesden, Herts to a former top secret tank design base Longcross in Surrey.

During the expletive-filled rant, Tom allegedly threatened to fire the staff if they breached the health and safety rules again.

He’s heard shouting in the leaked audio: ‘We are the gold standard. They’re back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us, because they believe in us and what we’re doing.

‘I’m on the phone with every f**king studio at night, insurance companies, producers and they’re looking at us and using us to make their movies.

‘We are creating thousands of jobs, you motherf**kers. I don’t ever want to see it again. Ever!’

Tom continued: ‘You can tell it to the people who are losing their f**king homes because our industry is shut down. It’s not going to put food on their table or pay for their college education.

‘That’s what I sleep with every night – the future of this f**king industry!’

The actor then warned: ‘If I see it again, you’re f**king gone.’

In other Mission: Impossible updates, Tom is reported to be dating his co-star Hayley Atwell after ‘hitting it off’ on-set with the 38-year-old actress.

An insider revealed: ‘Tom and Hayley hit it off from day one. Lockdown, and all the difficulties that came with it, brought them even closer and they’ve become fairly inseparable…

‘They get on brilliantly and both seem very happy.’
