Hold on to your fedoras, because Indiana Jones is almost ready to return to the big screen.
The fifth film in the classic action franchise, Dial of Destiny, will be released in the United Kingdom tomorrow (Wednesday, June 28) and will see Harrison Ford reclaim his whip for another adventure.
The film, which also stars Phoebe Waller-Bridge from Fleabag and Hollywood star Mads Mikkelsen, follows our eponymous hero in a race against time to reclaim a mythical dial that can change the course of history.
As fans prepare to bid Ford, 80, farewell in the role, many may start on an epic rewatch of the previous flicks in preparation.
Have you ever wondered where you might watch all four indie films before the quadrilogy becomes a pentalogy? Here’s what you should know.
Where can I watch the Indiana Jones films?
Fans of the film will be pleased to know that they can now view all four Indiana Jones films in one location.
By obtaining all of the films, including Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981), Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2023), Disney Plus has beaten all other streaming services to the punch.
A monthly subscription to Disney Plus costs £7.99 and allows customers to register on up to ten devices.
One subscription can handle up to seven users, and you can stream material on four devices at the same time, so you could watch all of the Indiana Jones films at the same time if you wanted to.
Annual members will pay £79.90 for the service, representing a 15% savings.
While no confirmation has been provided, it stands to reason that the Dial of Destiny will ultimately be included to the service because Disney owns LucasFilm, the production company that worked on the film.
Producer Simon Emanuel provided a heartbreaking look into how much the series meant to the ensemble as the performers walked the red carpet for the new feature.
‘The very last day shooting was really emotional and I’ll never forget it,’ Simon told Metro.co.uk at the London premiere of Dial of Destiny.
‘We called wrap, we all had a toast and it was really emotional for lots of people. But particularly Harrison.’
Harrison, who welcomed as many fans as possible, has stated that he would not return for any further Indiana Jones films, but he is not yet ready to retire.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is released in UK cinemas on Wednesday, June 28.
