21 Savage and Metro Boomin Chart 13 Songs on Hot 100 From ‘Savage Mode II’

21 Savage and Metro Boomin blanket the latest Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated Oct. 17) with 13 songs from their new collaborative album Savage Mode II.

Leading the charge are two songs that debut in the Hot 100’s top 10: “Runnin” at No. 9 and “Mr. Right Now,” featuring Drake, at No. 10. 21 Savage adds his second and third top 10s, following his feature on Post Malone’s “Rockstar,” which reigned for eight weeks in 2017.

Metro Boomin earns his first and second top 10s as a billed artist, after writing six top 10s, and producing five, including two No. 1s: Migos’ “Bad and Boujee,” featuring Lil Uzi Vert (2017), and The Weeknd’s “Heartless” (2019).

Savage Mode II debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 171,000 equivalent album units, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data. The set marks the second leader for each artist and is the chart’s first No. 1 shared by two artists since Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s A Star Is Born soundtrack in 2018-19.
