New Jesy Nelson music seems to be in the works, as the singer teased fans with a cryptic Instagram post.

The former Little Mix member, 30, took to social media to share some snaps from the recording studio.

Giving her 8.6million followers a glimpse into her music-making process, Jesy captioned her pics with three emojis – a music note, a microphone and a pencil and paper.

Fans were quick to flood her comments with excitement, as they appear desperate for a new release following the release of her debut solo single Boyz.

One wrote: ‘Getting impatient now waiting for new music 😏❤️’

Another begged: ‘Spill some tea!!! Tell us something we dont know!🙌’

The snaps the singer posted show her wearing blue and black basketball shorts teamed with a white bikini top.

She kept it casual with a pair of Nike trainers and a hoodie, accessorising with a blue headband in her auburn locks.

The studio where Jesy appears to have been creating her debut solo album looks to be very swanky indeed.

Currently in Los Angeles, Jesy has been penning tunes in a rather fancy house, complete with a spacious kitchen and plenty of artwork on the walls.

In what’s been a collaborative process, the X Factor winner posed with her songwriter friends, playfully pouting and sticking out her tongue.

One of the writers Jesy has been working with is Tayla Parx, who is written on some of the biggest hits from recent years, including Ariana Grande’s 7 Rings.

Jesy has shared several photos from the studio this past week, keeping fans in suspense after her first single – which featured Nicki Minaj – peaked at number four in the charts.
