Samuel L Jackson may be one of Hollywood’s biggest superstars but he turned into an absolute fanboy for Adele.
The Avengers actor was lucky enough to get to ask the Hello singer a question during the upcoming ITV concert, An Audience With Adele, which is set to air on Sunday.
In a teaser clip which debuted on Friday’s Good Morning Britain, Adele is seen asking the star-studded audience questions with Samuel being one of the chosen ones.
The iconic actor asked: ‘Have you ever used your Adeleity to get out of a ticket? I can’t believe you drive first of all.’
Adele looked shocked and replied: ‘Of course I do,’ keen to remind fans of how humble she is despite her superstar status and, yes, does drive her own car.
The concert special will see the musician perform tracks from her new album 30, which is out today, as well as classic tracks such as Someone Like You, When We Were Young and Rolling In The Deep.
Rapper Stormzy, comedian Alan Carr and actress Emma Watson are some of the many famous faces set to appear in the one-off special, which was held at the iconic London Palladium.
A previous trailer begins with the 33-year-old singer saying: ‘I’ve such a big fan of An Audience With.’
The gig took place on November 5, with stars including Dua Lipa and Idris Elba in attendance.
This Morning’s Phillip Schofield was also part of the intimate show and said that the singer was ‘very emotional when she came out’.
It’s a big day for Adele as she’s finally released her long-awaited fourth studio album which was inspired by her divorce from husband Simon Konecki and written as a way of explaining the break-up to their son Angelo.
An Audience With Adele airs Sunday at 7:25pm on ITV.
