Carol Kirkwood’s live show was disrupted by a dog for the second time, causing mayhem on BBC Breakfast.
On Monday’s broadcast, the weather presenter, 61, was reporting from Wimbledon when her section was cut short by an adorable search dog named Ray.
Carol had been speaking to hosts Sally Nugent and Jon Kay via video link from the sports festival, where Ray was chilling out on the floor with a tennis ball in his mouth.
As she updated fans with weather forecasts across the country, Carol heaped praise on Ray, at one point remarking: ‘I don’t even know what the weather is today I am so distracted.’
The Scottish presenter, who had been stroking Ray’s tummy, even commented that he is ‘well-behaved’, adding: ‘He has hardly moved apart from to have his tummy rubbed.’

Carol continued to fret over Ray, exclaiming, ‘He has scarcely moved apart from having his stomach stroked.’
Agreeing, Sally, 51, added: ‘Ray living his best life there.’
Ray, on the other hand, appeared to have different plans and immediately jumped into action, went right up to the camera.

He then walked away, dragging Carol, who had been clutching his lead, to the floor with him.
While the studio was concerned about Carol, it couldn’t help but laugh, and Carol was heard chuckling as she was pulled.
‘It’s happened again,’ Sally said, in reference to Carol being taken out by a guide dog in 2021.

Carol sat on the floor, assuring Jon and Sally that she was alright after the hectic scene, while hiding her face in her hands in humiliation.
Carol was dragged along by a Labrador named Flash at the Chelsea Flower Show two years ago after providing a weather report.
Similarly to Ray, the amusing gaffe occurred only minutes after Carol deemed Flash to be “very well behaved.”
They say you should never work with animals… We finally understand why!
