Below Deck’s Captain Lee Rosbach was left raging after he was forced to throw charter guests off the boat in tense season eight scenes.
The normally-unflappable star has steadily helmed boats for more than 35 years now, including eight years on the Bravo show.
However, he was faced with a brand new scenario in an upcoming episode of the boat-based reality show, when he was forced to kick paying guests off on the very first night of their trip.
In a video released by Bravo, holidaymaker Delores decided to dive into the water in the dark, despite being warned that it was a dangerous move by chief stewardess Francesca Rubi and deck hand James Hough.
A fellow guest insisted that she was a ‘super good swimmer’, but Captain Lee was having none of it, spitting back: ‘I don’t care if she’s a good swimmer, she’s drunk. I don’t need dead bodies here’.
Things got even worse when she asked if she could ‘have some bacon’ while still swimming in the pitch black water.
‘You can’t have anything,’ he fumed. ‘You need to get your goddamn ass back to this boat. Now!
‘I’m very p***ed at you. You stepped over the line, I’m not going to tolerate this behaviour any longer.’
When the guest stated that she had paid a lot of money to be on the trip, he replied: ‘I don’t give a s**t what you paid! Your charter just ended, now get out! We’re headed back to the dock, I’m done. Get her ass out of the water.’
The star explained that her actions were a ‘f**k you’ to him and the rest of the staff, and that he didn’t need it happening on his watch.
Which is fair enough.
Captain Lee then addressed her fellow guests to tell them they were heading back to the dock, just hours after they initially set off.
‘I’m so mad right now I can’t even f**king see straight,’ he told the camera. ‘I don’t want to be responsible for somebody who is that reckless with their own life.
‘This f**king charter is over. These a******s are going back to the f**king dock. Get your f**king s**t and get the f**k off my boat.’
Speaking about the moment beforehand, the sailor teased what went down, and confessed that he would ‘do it again’ in a heartbeat.
Lifting the lid on the wildest moments, he told Metro.co.uk: ‘I think there’s two… One of them involves someone in the crew, and one of them involves someone who’s not a crew member.
‘If you saw the trailer, the last 10 or 15 seconds of the trailer shows me losing my composure with somebody.
‘I’d never, ever done that before, but given the opportunity I would do it again.
‘This year is going to be quite diverse. We have something for everyone this year. We’ve got some drama, we’ve got a beautiful location that we filmed in.’
Below Deck season 8 airs on Mondays in the US, and drops on hayu in the UK on Tuesdays.
