Farida Khalifa, Big Brother star, has detailed the unusual request she allegedly got from fellow contestant Kerry Riches seconds before she was evicted.
After the results of the public vote were disclosed by hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best, Farida became the first star of the ITV reality series to be evicted after only seven days.
When the decision was revealed, the makeup artist was up against Kerry, who had notoriously not seen eye to eye on multiple occasions while living together in the home.
Following her departureFarida, 50, discussed her life since leaving the Big Brother House, as well as how she felt for NHS nurse Kerry, 40, from the beginning.
The expelled roommate claimed that when she departed, she noticed on the next episode how some of the other housemates complained about others flocking to comfort Kerry on eviction night, despite the fact that Farida had been gone.
‘Quite frankly I wouldn’t want any fakeness around me, giving me a hug. I was happy to get out, and that’s the truth,’ she said.

‘Kerry at one point said to me, “Farida can we sit next to each other on the eviction?,” and I thought, “Yeah, we can pretend to play happy families.” But it just happened that I ended up sitting with Zak.
‘The truth was, I was more comfortable around the lads that didn’t do, “He said, she said.” They were the type of boys that I was just more comfortable around.’
Farida emphasised that, in the end, she felt supported by the individuals she ended up sitting next to on eviction night, despite Kerry’s original desire to seat next to her.
As the new Big Brother reimagined series continued, it became evident that Farida and Kerry would never be bosom mates.
For Farida, she admitted that from day one, ‘you go by energies and people’s vibes, and for some reason, I didn’t think I was gonna get on with her. I tried really hard’.

The makeup artist, who has tens of thousands of followers on TikTok, said that in her opinion, she realised that Kerry ‘was one of these people that absolutely loved a good old gossip’.
Farida added that after Kerry befriended Hallie Clarke, 18, and Olivia Young, 23, it appeared as though ‘she just wanted to be popular amongst them’, rather than pointing out when they did ‘anything wrong’.
Kerry, according to the ousted housemate, would’make up things’ in talks and ‘twist’ what she said.
‘In the press, there’s a lot about her behaviour, saying that she’s trying to be Nikki [Grahame], and she’s trying to be like Gemma Collins and banging her head and all this performing…, now I realise it’s a reflection of [her] own behaviour.

‘Acting up for the cameras, saying that about me. I was never about that life, but that’s actually a reflection of her own behaviour.’
Even though they no longer live under the same roof, there is certainly no love lost between Farida and Kerry.
‘Now I realise that she’s been talking to other housemates, making up stories and trying to get them on her side and get them to gang up on me. But that’s absolutely fine,’ Farida stated.
There are currently 15 remaining housemates in the Big Brother House, ahead of the next nominations vote and eviction.
Big Brother returns tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
