The Big Fat Quiz of the Year is one of Channel 4’s Christmas line-up staples, featuring teams competing as they reminisce over some of the biggest events of 2021 – but who will be taking part?
The Channel 4 quiz sees stars pitted against each other to try and become the latest Big Fat Quiz of the Year champions.
From sea shanties to space travel, there’s nothing that seemed to be off-limits from our favourite celebs this year.
Three teams of stars will compete in the biggest pub quiz possible as they test their knowledge of the biggest events of 2021.

Who are the celebrities involved with the Big Fat Quiz of the Year 2021?
Jimmy Carr will return once again to host and quizmaster, as he’s on hand to guide the stars through each round of questions.
As always, there will be three different teams featuring comedians and TV stars.
The first team will comprise of Guz Khan and Sarah Millican, who will be up against James Acaster and Sara Pascoe, and Judi Love and Jonathan Ross.
Sarah already spoke of her excitement around appearing, as she shared a picture from the set of the episode.
She told her followers on Twitter: ‘Had a bl**dy lovely time last night recording Big Fat Quiz of the Year with this excellent lot. It’ll be on Ch4 on Boxing Day.’
Every year, the show also gets some other famous faces included to inject more fun into the questions.
Charles Dance and Jon Snow tend to be regular fixtures each year, so we should see more from them as they attempt to baffle the celebrity contestants.
How to watch the Big Fat Quiz of the Year air 2021
The Big Fat Quiz will be broadcast on Channel 4 on Boxing Day at 9pm, for viewers to sit down and tune into after their dinners.
The show will be two hours long, with a repeat also airing on New Year’s Day at 10pm on the same channel.
It will also be available to watch on All 4 straight after.
