Bobby Brazier has revealed how one of his family members is cheering him on on Strictly Come Dancing.
EastEnders actor Bobby Buswell, 20, has the full support of his father, Jeff Brazier, with younger brother Freddie, 19, also making a rare public appearance in the crowd during Movie Week to cheer Bobby and Dianne Buswell, 34, on.
But they aren’t the only ones yelling his name from the rooftops.
Bobby went all gooey when talking about his godsister to host Claudia Winkleman during this weekend’s results show.
‘Bobby, talk to me about your godsister,’ Claudia began, to which Bobby instantly start smiling.
‘What did she do?’, she asked.
‘Aw, stop it!’, the Freddie Slater star cooed.
‘She did a show and tell at school and it was about me,’ he revealed, practically doubling over in disbelief over the cuteness.
He continued: ‘She came here to watch the rehearsal and she spoke about that and she took in a magazine that I was on the cover of.’
‘Ada, I love you!’, he exclaimed, clutching his chest.
Bobby’s other celebrity contestants and professional dancers all gave out a collective ‘Aw’.
‘Ada, we all love you!’, Claudia declared.
Bobby and Aussie pro Dianne advanced to week four after to their extremely spectacular samba on Saturday, but Nikita Kanda was eliminated.
The couple received a very respectable 32 points while channelling Romeo and Juliet – and one item in particular drew the judges’ attention.
Bobby’s ‘doubled-jointed trick pelvis’ was praised by Anton Du Beke, who hailed the routine as ‘remarkable.’
Head judge Shirley Ballas said the same thing, praising Bobby for ‘bringing some rhythm in that pelvis this evening’.
Meanwhile, resident Mr Nasty Craig Revel Horwood hailed Bobby for making what was ‘quite an unnatural dance for men look very natural’.
When it came to getting their score, the couple received an eight from each judge, thus cementing themselves as hot favourites to win the series.
Bobby has even been recommended for Hollywood, with lots of chances awaiting him after the event!
Bobby is doing amazingly well considering he has never seen Strictly before!
Speaking about his experience, the soap actor and son of the late Jade Goody stated early on that he wants to stay grounded, especially after winning an NTA last month.
‘I meditate and I try to remember things that really ground me and great things people have told me,’ he explained.
‘I read and I chant – hopefully I can keep that up.’
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday on BBC One and iPlayer.
