Clarkson’s Farm: Jeremy Clarkson urges fans to complain as Amazon show axed

It’s one of the most popular shows on Amazon Prime Video, but Jeremy Clarkson appears to has revealed that Clarkson’s Farm has not been renewed for a second series by the streaming platform.

He didn’t stop there, either. The presenter has also urged fans to complain to Amazon to try and convince them to bring it back.

Jeremy surprised viewers when he decided to abandon his luxurious London life to run his 1,000 acre farm in the Cotswolds, filming the whole thing for the series.

The show has been a huge success, with Jeremy admitting his shock over the positive reaction – but it looks like it won’t be back any time soon.

When asked by a Twitter user if the show would return for more episodes, Jeremy wrote: ‘No. We aren’t. Write to Amazon, it’s their decision.’

Jeremy has previously been keeping fans up to date with the future of the series.

‘It hasn’t but we are hopeful.’

Jeremy previously revealed that he is the ‘happiest he has been at work in a long time’ after he filmed the show.

Speaking at the Amazon Prime Video launch event, The Grand Tour host enthused that he ‘loved every second of it’.

The first instalment of the show premiered on Amazon Prime to great success, with Jeremy himself shocked by the reaction it has received from viewers.

‘I’m genuinely amazed at the response to Clarkson’s Farm,’  the 61-year-old wrote on Twitter. ‘Thank you all so much for your kind words.’
