A group of comedians were left in fits of giggles this week as they mocked Meghan Markle on an Australian TV show.
Appearing on Have You Been Paying Attention? – a panel show akin to the UK’s Mock The Week – Sam Pang and Tim McDonald were craftily sassy with their responses to a question on the Duchess.
The panel was asked by quizmaster Tom Gleisner to name the first TV show the Duchess appeared on following her explosive tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey, alongside Prince Harry, in March.
And comedians being comedians, they were prepped with a couple of zingers in their arsenal as they rang their buzzers.
Tim was first to chime in with his savage response, riffing on local lifestyle series Better Homes and Gardens.
He said: ‘Was it… Better Homewreckers and Gardens?’

His fellow panellists, as well as the audience, broke out into awkward laughter as radio host Ed Kavalee remained straight-faced in the back row.
Tom responded with a smirk: ‘That is… very unkind. She cops a lot on this show.’
It was at this stage Sam hit his own buzzer, wanting to throw his take into the mix as he added of the Megxit palaver: ‘Family Feud.’
While incorrect, Tom branded this one a ‘fair answer’.
Unfortunately for the pair, they were both wrong, with Meghan in fact appearing as part of the charity concert Global Citizen Vax Live recently.
The Duchess co-chaired the event alongside Harry, with the concert going on to raise $302million (£212m).

Appearing in a pre-recorded message, she told how women had been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic, saying: ‘The past year has been defined by communities coming together tirelessly and heroically to tackle Covid-19.
‘We’ve gathered tonight because the road ahead is getting brighter, but it’s going to take every one of us to find our way forward.
‘As campaign chairs of Vax Live, my husband and I believe it’s critical that our recovery prioritises the health, safety and success of everyone – and particularly women, who have been disproportionately affected by this pandemic.’
The Duchess added: ‘Women, and especially women of colour, have seen a generation of economic gain wiped out.
‘Since the pandemic began, nearly 5.5 million women have lost work in the US, and 47 million more women around the world are expected to slip into extreme poverty.’
Meghan also referenced her pregnancy during the clip, and expressed her excitement to meet her future daughter.
She said: ‘My husband and I are thrilled to soon be welcoming a daughter.
‘It’s a feeling of joy we share with millions of other families around the world. When we think of her, we think of all the young women and girls around the globe who must be given the ability and the support to lead us forward.’
