Daisy May Cooper made an immediate impression on Taskmaster thanks to her superhero costume – and now we know the meaning behind it.

The This Country star has taken on the wacky gameshow on Channel 4, and has been doing it in style while seven months pregnant.

As if that wasn’t enough Daisy has done it all in a black and gold superhero outfit, complete with cape, crown and a logo that looks like a vagina.

Because if you’re going to be a superhero, you might as well go all out.

After it being mainly unspoken about in episode one last week, Little Alex Horne couldn’t resist asking just what her costume was all about in the latest challenge, and whether she’d ‘made good choices’ with it.

The mum-of-one responded: ‘Well… the stickers kept falling off, but yeah, I thought Achievement Woman is quite apt. I’ve achieved quite a lot.’

We love it, Daisy!

Daisy May has become a firm favourite on the show already as she battles against Katherine Parkinson, Mawaan Rizwan, Johnny Vegas and Richard Herring.

While the weird and wonderful show has been capturing viewers’ hearts, noone seems to be loving life more than Daisy – who is laughing so much in each episode fans thought she’d end up giving birth on screen.

Even Greg and Alex have admitted they were a little frightened about it.

Speaking ahead of the new series, Greg admitted: ‘There was never one occasion when she was belly laughing where I didn’t think: “this could be it.”

‘I’m sure it will show in our faces if you look closely at the footage.’

‘When we got to about episode nine, we were thinking: “Well now, this would be a good story,” Alex admitted. ‘We’d have been the worst at delivering a baby.’

Thankfully, she gave birth to her baby boy two months after she’d finished filming… and with her co-stars safely at a distance from her.

Taskmaster airs Thursdays at 9pm on Channel 4.
