Myleene Klass suffered a nasty fall during Dancing on Ice rehearsals which was so bad she ended up ‘blacking out’ from it.
The accident, which will also be shown on the programme on Sunday, saw the former pop star practising a spin on the ice when she knocked her head and ‘passed out’.
Speaking about the incident, Myleene began: ‘There are loads of things I am learning as I go along, but I didn’t realise that when you do the spins, you can have little mini blackouts when you get dizzy.
‘So we were doing a spin and when I watched the footage back and like the next thing you see is a banged head.’
‘We were doing the rehearsals last week, and I didn’t realise it was a blackout as it’s a very weird feeling,’ she added to The Sun.
The musician, who is partnered up with pro Lukasz Rozycki, shared a video of the incident to her Instagram account along with the caption: ‘What happens when Dancing on Ice goes wrong’.
Myleene’s Dancing on Ice co-stars were quick to comment on the post, with soap star Joe-Warren Plant simply saying: ‘Ouch’.
Radio DJ Sonny Jay posted a number of unhappy face emojis.
Dance pro Alexandra Schauman added: ‘Great camera action.
I’m so happy you are both ok.’
It comes after the song writer revealed that she had injured both of her knees while training.
‘I just felt embarrassed by my injury because it’s not a very sexy injury,’ the 42-year-old told Metro.co.uk and other press.
‘I feel like a Nana. It is very painful but just not very sexy when you say your knees have gone.’
Detailing how the injury occurred, the former pop star laughed: ‘It happened from learning to dance on ice – it’s no easy feat, it really isn’t.
‘On land, I feel like I’m quite stable. I feel I can do my turns, I can get my counts to the music and then as soon as you remove the land and replace it with a very slippery surface, it just does all manner of things to your joints.’
Dancing on Ice has seen a fair few injuries this week, with Denise Van Outen dislocating her shoulder in rehearsals.
The former soap star ended up in hospital after falling face-first on the ice during training and admitted on her appearance on Sunday night’s launch show that her shoulder is still ‘really sore’.
Graham Bell’s dance partner Yebin Mok had a freak accident during rehearsals which led to her pulling out of the first few weeks of the show.
Ex-Olympic skier Graham will now temporarily be partnered with Karina Mantra.
Taking to the ice alongside Myleene on Sunday is Towie star Billie Faiers, Corrie’s Faye Brooks, Capital FM DJ Sonny, as well as Olympians Graham and Colin Jackson.
Dancing on Ice returns on Sunday at 6pm on ITV.
