Dancing On Ice star Graham Bell praises Rebekah Vardy for support after skating partner Yebin Mok’s injury

Dancing On Ice star Graham Bell has thanked his co-star Rebekah Vardy for her support after his skating partner Yebin Mok was injured.

The professional skater was forced to miss the live shows after a horrific accident in rehearsals which left the tendons in her leg exposed.

Graham confessed he was feeling ‘pretty low’ after the incident, but praised Becky for helping him while Yebin was hospitalised.

He said on Monday’s episode of Lorraine: ‘I’ve gotta say Rebekah Vardy, when I hurt Yebin, she was one of the ones who really supported me. I was pretty low when that happened.

‘She sent me lots of supportive messages and I’ve promised to teach her family to ski as well. Not Jamie, he obviously can’t because he’s playing football.’

Yebin is now out of hospital and recovering, while Graham went on to skate with Karina Manta on the live shows until they were eliminated on Sunday night.

He landed in the skate-off with Becky, who judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, John Barrowman and Ashley Banjo voted unanimously to save.

‘I’m not going to quit skating,’ Graham said after leaving the show, adding that he believed he had more left to give to the competition.

Lorraine airs weekdays from 9am on ITV.
